Scheduling Compatibility
The proposed event must complement the Avidity Awards schedule and must not conflict with any official programming. Timing should enhance—not compete with—the overall experience.

Mission Alignment
Events must reflect the spirit and excellence of the Avidity Awards, celebrating musical achievement and providing meaningful platforms for rising and established talent within the faith-based entertainment space.
Proven Production Capability
Applicants must demonstrate a strong track record in event production. Experience, professionalism, and the ability to execute a high-caliber event are essential for approval.

Producer Responsibility & Compliance
If approved, the event producer assumes full responsibility for all event-related expenses, insurance, and liabilities. Additionally, all sanctioned events must adhere strictly to Avidity Awards branding guidelines and business standards to ensure consistency, integrity, and quality.
